My complaint:

This company allowed someone to hack into my account and not only still the funds I had on my cash account but also access my bank account. It was a total of $1, 023 dollars taken. This company will not replace my money even after receiving my bank statement and a police report. Claiming my account was logged into from a familiar device. Both of my phones a linked to my account and clearly it was a hack.

Suggested solution:

They should have replaced my funds or made it to where my bank replaced my money. They want to be rude and you can't speak to a live representative.
