Cash App complaint: Fraudulent Vendor

My complaint:

I went to a site called Angelic Siamese Kittens Home to buy a kitten.
I spoke with the guy and he said it would be $400 for the kitten and $100 for shipping since they had a discount going on for the travel.

He told me he only took Cash App and walked me through it since I had never used it before.

He said once it went through, he would start paperwork for the kitten to be transferred to me via courier.

Courier contacted me via email Petline Couriers and told me kitten was ready for transport. 30 minutes later they inform me I must pay another $880 for an electronic carrier??? I told them I would pay with a credit card and asked if they took Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

They said they only took Cash App! What?! Once again, I asked why they didn’t take credit card and they said they would accept American Express Gift Card.

At the point, I knew it was a scam! I knew there was no kitten coming and they already got $500 out of me!

I reached back out to the guy and told him I wanted my money back because I knew there was no kitten.

It’s been crickets ever since…. I went on Cash App and I requested a refund against his Identifier 3G5PQ7P under the name Christopher, even though the guy’s name was Ruben Alpha under phone number (727) 300-0895.

I have saved all the email and texts I rec’d from them along with pictures of the fake Billy – Siamese kitten I paid for that I’m never going to get!

I tried to reach out to Cashapp, but there is no physical way to talk to someone at all! I am so upset!

Suggested solution:

I just want them to make the person refund my funds! I want my $500 dollars back!
