My complaint:
The last 2 stimulus checks have been deposited into an old cash app account I can no longer access due to phone being hacked and having to change all my emails and phone number. Never got actually speak to someone but did have some luck via email at least getting to communicate. Pointoessnsince they refused to even allow to verify my identity or take any concern for the fact that there’s almost 2000 I need in that account. Never got to speak with an actual person and the emails quit getting responded to very shortly after I requested a form of action
Suggested solution:
Let me verify my identity and transfer to my other cash app
