My complaint:

I’ve been unemployed cause of this COVID pandemic and cash app was my direct deposit, money was flowing through since the end of March, cash app froze my account on July 9-10th and didn’t give me money money ever since . And said I “violated policy” when I haven’t been doing nothing. I talk to my unemployment people and said that all my money has been continuing going to my frozen cash app card. Cash app refuses to enable my account. They even sent me an extra cash app card. So if my card is frozen why do you send me a new card afterwards even if it works ???
