My complaint:
i was scammed by a guy supposedly selling a phone i had to pay for phone and shipping first so i could get a fedex tracking number paid the guy he never sent tracking number never returned calls or text they claim you can ask for refund from the person you sent money to but if their scams and frauds their not going to give you the money back
Suggested solution:
they should have a fraud department that way things like this does not happen to other people, cash app might have alot of users but that's only because there no way for people that steal your money to be held responsible, im going to complain to the Federal Trade Commission. if this happens to anyone else you need to do the same, cash app and other services like this don't care how much money gets stolen from their customers, the owners are getting rich off other people misery, never heard of a money app that not have a way for you to get in touch with them for problems like this, maybe they have so many problems like these they quit listening or they just don't care about the people using there service. they should put a hold on funds for at least 48-72 hours so people have time to figure out if they were being scammed.
