My complaint:
Reason I signed up for cash app was for free transactions to send funds. From my understanding signing up for cash app eliminate the fee of sending money. Cash app also sent money using another cash app balance that was sent to me instead of from the bank account that is linked.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be refunded in cash
