My complaint:
I have an 84 year old friend with a 14 yr old adopted child. The parent used no current technology. The child has been using her bank account to make hundreds of dollars of charges to various locations using her banking info. I have worked with her on many issues over the years and have been unable to help her with this one as there is no live person to get help from. I think it is illegal for cash app to issue the 4 cards he has to him as a minor and would like cash app to prevent him from making anymore charges or issuing him anymore cards. I can provide all the info needed to make this happen if I could get a person to help.
Suggested solution:
Stop issuing the cashapp cards to the minor and block new accounts with his name and personal info on it.
