Complaint: Took funds from buyer-never given to seller nor refunded to buyer

My complaint:

On June 21, 2020, I sold a vehicle for $1,500 to someone. At that moment, the Cash App showed funds received in my account. The funds never posted to my bank so I then saw that the request was pending. This status stayed the same for days. I eventually cancelled the transaction so the other party could get his money back and pay me another way. THIS WAS IN JUNE and the funds were deducted from the buyer’s bank but never refunded to him nor his account. I mailed Cash App’s parent company, Square, Inc.,on July 6th, 2020, explaining the situation however neither of us (buyer or seller) have received ANY communication from the company and are unable to speak to a live person at Cash App or Square.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Cash App should either refund the $1,500 to the buyer OR, preferably, deposit said funds into my account immediately. This has been a nightmare and I hope their is a class action lawsuit against Cash App I can join.
