My complaint:

My account was closed stating “VIOLATION OF TERMS and or POLICY USE”. I contacted Cash App team and was redirected 3 times regarding my questions to understand and clarify as to How and When violations occurred. Im still waiting for an answer. Reviewing the terms Policy Use of Cash App again for any possible violations in reference of my transactions via Cash App I found nothing my alleged violation of Terms and Policy Use with Cash App that had my account closed. I believe the wrongful flags to be a software flaw. They need to test the software system for any and all back door kinks. Moving forward these Flag Errors would not cause any inconvenience and unnecessarily account closures to users of Cash App. Time will be witness of a calm sail.
