Cash App complaint: Non receipt of funds.

My complaint:

To whom it may concern, I tried to send , funds in the amount of 210.00 through Cash App, on the evening of October 26, 2022, to Ms Shalana Collins. However, the funds were never received , I tried to cancel the request, after Ms Shalana, informed me that the funds were never received in her bank account. I contacted Customer Support Services, however, they were of no help to me, they are requesting the person i was sending the funds to, to contact them directly in order for them to help. The Cash App website is showing that the transaction is pending and that refunds has been requested. If you need the name of the bank and the account number as well as the phone number the of customer please let me know.

I would like for Cash App to refund me my 210.00 ,they have caught up in their system.
