My complaint:

I have been trying to contact this company for several days now and asking them why the IRS sent my money to my account 3 days ago, repeat, the payment was SENT, to cash app, and they won’t make the funds available to me. The IRS has sent the funds. Cash App will not process them and when I ask them about it, they have like automatic replies that constantly give the same generic answer funds can take up to 1-5 business days to arrive

Suggested solution:

First start by having REAL LIFE LIVE AGENTS to talk too, not make people wait 24-48 hours via email. This company has to make millions and they can't have real life people?
