My complaint:
On oct 14 I tried to login to my account when I did so immediately my card said it was blocked so I hit the customer support link and a customer service number popped up to unlock my card the gentlemen said I had to verify the account is mine so I did I had my 16,104.00 from my unemployment back payment I ne or got to use not a single dollar of it the agent said I had to merge my account and doing so not to login but I logged in anyway and when I did that I was locked out of my account so I immediately contacted cash app thru email the night of the 14th and all the time it took fir them to get back to and let me back into my account made all my money dissappear and account got closed and their are not trying to help return any of it theirs a linked BOA account that isnt mine on iui t and it wont let me download the transaction history I’m so confused n stressed out I dont know how to handle this
Suggested solution:
By returning my unemployment payments of 16,104.00 and securing the app in a better way and actually get real live support the 24 hrs they too to get back to me allowed whoever' to wipe out and close my account in the picture is the amount that was lost
