My complaint:
I have been attempting to verify my documents for bitcoin on cash app and it should’ve taken 72 hours. However, it didn’t process so I emailed them to see if they could resolve it and they responded telling me to send it through a secure website which They said should take no longer than 10 days. This has not happen and I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get verified with multiple sent emailed left unaddressed I’m just fed up I need the service.
Suggested solution:
They should verify my documents it shouldn’t take this long with no response.
