My complaint:

I was trying to contact cash app one day via email and the phone number they had on the website. I wrote them to find out why I couldn’t take any money out and to see if I can transfer my money to another card. I didn’t know anything about scams and definitely didn’t know I was going to get scammed out of all my money. I got a call back from a 504 number saying they were a cash app employee (This was before I knew they didn’t offer a phone service and only had a automated service) so I’m talking to the man and following the steps he was giving me and told me to cash out my money that’s where I was getting suspicious and said I going to give him a call back and I was going to call my son because he knows more about the app then I did he’s the reason I downloaded the app so he can send me money and I use the card when I need to I didn’t know all the extra functions the app came with. But the man said if I did that my account would be blocked and I wouldn’t be able to take out any money I got a little scared and just stood on the phone. He told me to cash the money out that he was going to put it on my other card for me and ended up taking all my money. I know it was very dumb of me I really didn’t know I thought I was receiving help I’ve been sad ever since all my money had been stolen. I’ve emailed cash app over 20times I got one reply saying to send my info and they would be in touch with me in a few weeks still nothing I wrote them a few more times and got a reply saying there not monitoring the email. I don’t know what else to do please someone help me.
