My complaint:
On May 7, 2021 I sent a payment of $135 to a merchant for a June membership for services that were supposed to be provided on June 1, 2021. However this merchant cancelled my appointment and told me that they never received the funds, however on my cash app it clearly showed funds being sent to the merchant $AliysiaDavis. I tried to contact cash app direct via telephone but they refused to look up my account to verify that funds were sent. I also contacted my bank directly who ed funds were sent on May 7, 2021 to the merchant I listed $AliysiaDavis this individual is refusing to provide services that I paid for on May 7, 2021 she is claiming she didn’t receive the funds when my cash app shows in the history that funds were sent to her and She is refusing to refund my money
Suggested solution:
I want Cash App to show $AliysiaDavis that payment was sent to her on May 7,2021 so that she will refund my money because she canceled my June 1, 2021 appointment and is refusing service that I paid for on May 7, 2021 in the amount of $135.00
