My complaint:

I accidentally sent a payment to a cash app account that the recipient does not have access to. Cash app will not refund or help the recipient in recovering the funds at all. I think this is unfair and is not okay to keep someone’s money that they accidentally sent to someone. I have tried to request a refund from the recipient but they do not have access to this account or the email associated with the account. I think it is unfair for cash app to withhold someone’s hard earned money during these hard times.

Suggested solution:

I would like to have my money refunded or sent to the correct recipient.
