My complaint:
My identity got stolen have been going at this for a month now funds have been drained every time there has been money added I can’t get no one on the phone and have to wait for emails ….so I wait and it’s like it an automated system two weeks later with the same question I email them every day and still nothing I will continue to keep emailing hopefully to get my funds of not will take to legal matters sucks cause I have been with them for years only one I Did trust not anymore won’t recommend to anyone for banking
Suggested solution:
Need to be more communication involved and have better spyware or firewall lmao
