My complaint:
Someone used my card in California. I emailed them. To investigate and get my money back. I got a response days later. Meanwhile. Whoever is still using my account. And I haven’t even talked to anyone about what is going on. I’ve emailed them numerous times. No response. I just called and it hung up on me and told me to call back. So I have no access to my money. And I can’t talk to anyone. And my regular charges that go thru my cash app card are getting declined for no money. Since someone stole it. My card has since been declined for other charges that I obviously did not make, since I know the card has no money on it. When this happens with a real bank, they immediately give your money back to you while they investigate. In this case. There is nobody to help me.
Suggested solution:
They should give me my money back and close my account.
