My complaint:
I sent two separate payments to someone who was apparently scamming me… I figured using an app like Cash App would provide some sort of security as far as being able to cancel a payment I had literally just made… now I’m going to have file a claim and dispute these transactions… they have no customer support whatsoever to help me with this dispute… horrible app, after I am refunded my money I will probably never use it again unless I can get someone assistance dealing with this problem.
Suggested solution:
By investigating the transactions and working in accordance with my bank to track down the scammers and have the transactions reversed.
