My complaint:
I was trying to buy my daughter a new puppy and we were scammed $1750.00. Turns out it was a scam after research and not receiving the puppy. I am so so so upset and cash app has no way of letting me get my hard worked for money back.
Suggested solution:
Get my money back as soon as possible. This is not okay you need to fix your company and the app because it SUCKS
