My complaint:
I was scammed, when I unknowingly used use a fake 800 number, I thought was affiliated with Cash App, this situation just took place on April 15,2021,my money was stolen from my account instantly, I tried to cancel the transaction immediately, but was unable to, I then changed my pin number. I contacted cash app support through email, and was told they would investigate, but I haven’t heard anything back since.
Suggested solution:
They should investigate my case,as they stated they would, and help customers to possibly get there money refunded to them,if they were scammed out of their money, unknowingly using a fraudulent 800 number, that's suppose to be affiliated with them.
