Cash App complaint: Poor customer service

My complaint:

Cashapp has refused to give me access to an account that I no longer have the phone number to with several thousand dollars in it, even after verifying my identity for them multiple times, giving them all the information they requested on both accounts and proving who I was. I was originally told I could regain access, now they’re refusing to help me do so. I really need this money from this account and have no other way to get it.

Suggested solution:

All I'm asking for is one time access to the old account to withdraw my funds. Or the accounts to be merged.
