My complaint:
I was SCAMMED by 3 people, losing a total of $675; I am a new mother and my husband is in the Marine Corps away on assignment and I was trying to get him the new Playstation 5 as a surprise when he came home. Cashapp declined ALL of my refunds. My family cannot afford to lose $675 for absolutely nothing and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of help and support.
Suggested solution:
I need to find a way to get my money back. There is no helpful customer support and a useless recorded audio message for the customer support number.
