My complaint:
Please help I had 482,45$ in my account around this time 1:51pm got a email my account was negative 17,55$ so 500 was taken out with no trace or transaction, I live in pompano beach Florida and use my iPhone 12 pro this is the only attempt to add cash but it wasn’t me also please help with this it was everything I had in my account, tried on Twitter, a lot of emails only resort is to go on complaint.com, if u see where this transaction took place it wasn’t me I wasn’t even on my phone and how can someone try to add cash if I need to with face id this is frustrating PHOTOS OF THE BALANCE BEFORE THE TRANSACTIONS THAT WAS MADE AND THE BALANCE AFTER THE ISSUE. there was only one attempt to add cash that wasn’t me also
Suggested solution:
Look and see where transactions was made to see it wasn’t me the support does not help I’m desperate because I don’t know what to do been using for a long time and heard complaints but I never had a issue now I’m afraid of using it I just want what is mine
