My complaint:
I was sending money to my aunt like I always do. It showed her name and phone number which is saved in my phone. When ing it showed all her information correctly up until after ot processed. Then it showed a complete stranger. I emailed cashapp several times to let them know it was hacked and that it was dome fraudulent activity going on. They said there is nothing they could do.
Suggested solution:
When I kept complaining and contacting them the funds were still pending. They could have easily canceled the fraudulent payment , but no. This is not only a pandemic , but we are going through a winter storm as well shame on them for not helping their customers or even just doing the right thing.
