My complaint:
Made a purchase to a merchant through cash app. merchant did not follow through with services. And will not reply or issue refund. Cash app is sending me robotic responses that do not give any useful information, and will not let me talk to a live person for guidance.
Suggested solution:
Refund my funds. Let me talk to live person.
