My complaint:
I have 24 emails back and forth in regards to getting a payment. A payment was sent from square and placed automatically onto an old account. ( I didn’t even know I had an account with Cash app in the past). I had already set up a new account. I have sent the information to them as requested to merge the accounts. They then said that it was not sufficient and they were willing to just return the funds to square. Then ai received a repeat email about merging and asking for information. And its a cycle. There are sometimes days between replies from them. The original payment was received by them 6102020.
