My complaint:
On 81020 my cashapp account was closed due to a violation yet I was not informed of the actual violation at all, not even once. I had a refund routed to the cashapp account $True_ily Routing: 041215663 Acct: 2070233224584. The refund was from World Travel Holdings that was issued for a cancelled cruise due to COVID-19 totaling $734. While Cashapp admitted to receiving the refund they adamantly refused to do a reverse of funds to World Travel Holdings or even allow me to access the funds but they did not tell me why. I will attach the email conversation I had with several agents telling me that yes the refund was processed to your old cashapp account but no you may not have your money back.
Suggested solution:
Mail me a check for the refund of $734 and for future reference if an account is deemed as close they should not accept any incoming funds to that account.
