My complaint:

I went to sleep inn and suites on 429 and was double charged in error. The merchant said it was a cash app mistake. Cash app states its a temporary payment hold up to 10 buisness days
Its now 10 buisness days and i have not recieved my refund. I complained to the hotel and they have told me swveral tines they released the hold on the 15 dollar deposit already and that the 65.39 was voided out and should have been placed back in my acct. Already.
I have seen my cash app reciept and it states that the ledger amount is $80.39 but its still not available.
I dont have a job anymore bucause of the virus going on and im sleeping in my truck thus 80 dollars could have put me in a better position about a week ago when i needed gas and other thungs to get to an interview or make aome ends meet. Im so upset with cash app not having a customer seevice number i have been reading and researching for 13 days on how to get this resolved fast. Please help. Cash app give me my money already. Im struggling out here.

They need to release my funds and make my ledger amount becone my available amount asap. Today.
