My complaint:

I am 18 years old but I do not have an Id but I’m giving the app my social security so I feel as though that should be enough I can receive money but i cannot send it I don’t understand how I can receive but not send … but that’s why I am here now I should not need an Id to send money or Order the cash app card if I am indeed giving you my full social security number or the last four digits this is a big inconvenience for me because now my money is on the account but I cannot do anything with it at all

Suggested solution:

Allow me to send money and order the cash app card since I’m giving you the information you need again I don’t have an Id nor can I get one because there is a PANDEMIC
