My complaint:
I accidentally sent money to my sister’s old account. She cannot log in to refund it. How can I get that money back? Their lack of customer support is appalling. You just go in circles with no resolution.
I can’t even DM them on Twitter or send an email.
Suggested solution:
Have someone call me to make this right! Or give me some kind of contact information so I can talk to a rep from the company.
