My complaint:
Two transactions were sent to me of $1100.00 each, for a total of $2300.00. I received one payment of $1083.00, with charges deducted for cash out payment, in my checking account. The second payment of $1100.00 was never deposited into my checking account. I called tech support trying to resolve the problem. Tech support transferred a total of $2345.00 from my checking account. Directly after the transfer, there was an attempt to hack my account through Cash App for $1500.00. I was notified by my credit union and my debit card, that was on file with Cash App, was discontinued. I tried to get this matter resolved with their tech support, but I they are no longer answering their phones.
Suggested solution:
I need my account reimbursed the $1235.00 that was taken out because those were monies I never received from cash app. Cash App has to account for $1100.00 that was held by them and and not disbursed to myself or the sender.
