My complaint:

My son recently had his phone stolen and lost all his information. In his Cashapp account he had a sizable amount of money on the app but he changed his phone number after installing the cash app and he is unable to retrieve his funds. He has taken every step suggested for retrieving and merging his accounts but he is unable to by the methods suggested. I need for him to be able to retrieve his funds from his old account. He is not going to just lose his money as he is saying he is not able to get it. By whatever means necessary his money needs to be transferred from the old account to the new account. You are not just going to keep his money!!!!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Merge his old account with his new account other than what is suggested online. He cant access his old account.
