My complaint:
I requested my money to be cashed out to my card via instant transfer and it ended up switching to bank deposit for some reason. I have begged them to do something to reverse it or process it through but they won’t help me and they won’t provide me with any numbers to contact , And they won’t provide me with access to a supervisor. I’m broke, that was the last of my money and I need to feed my kids ages 3, 7, 9, 10 13. I can’t wait for the transfer to go through next Tuesday, we’re hungry please help
Suggested solution:
They can fix this by giving me my money back asap, and if possible, providing me with compensation for this inexcusable error in their part.
