My complaint:
On January 12th, 2021, someone changed the pin to my Cash App card and emptied my account to the tune of $642.76. Since then, Cash App has ignored all of my emails, won’t provide a way to contact them directly and has failed to return my money. In almost a month! They lack professionalism, their cards are not secure, they employ people who don’t understand English and their business practices are extremely sketchy.
In addition, Amazon refunded my Cash App account $32 and Cash App has failed to return that money as well.
Suggested solution:
I want my money from the theft on January 12th and the Amazon refund returned to me immediately. It is $675 in total and there's no reason why it's almost been a month and I've heard nothing and received nothing.
