My complaint:
I initially tried to add $300 to my cash app card from my Netspend card and it didn’t happen a couple times and then it went through. Then it finally went through and I never use the card so I need to set a pen so I called the customer service number and I had got in touch with somebody through that number, and I Had the runaround since the grand total they owe me $3400 a long story short I need legal action taken. They kept asking me to buy go play cards $100 a piece multiple times and it’s always something wrong with your computer or it doesn’t except it or something please help!Now they’re saying I can’t get my money I need 600 bucks to able to do it. They use names like Tom and John
