I sold my phone and the money was sent to my cash app. But cash app held my money until they say the package was delivered. It was delivered today I provided the tracking history. Now they’re saying to buy a “stem card” and upgrade my account to get my money. I Saw on google these kinds of actions are scams. I need my money for my rent
