My complaint:
Received unsolicited Cash App Debit Card. I do not use Cash App and have never set up an account. I have contacted Sutton Bank who took enough information to “submit a ticket” to Cash App to close this account or have a contact person reach out to me. NO RESPONSE. Cash App itself is not accessible for direct contact. This is fraud and CashApp is responsible.
Suggested solution:
I need to speak directly with Cash App customer support to verify what this fraudulent card is and make sure the account is closed if real.
