My complaint:

My had sent me $100.00 via cash app. I tried getting a cash app card mailed to my current address. They keep telling me that they are unable to verify my identity. The business is not telling me how I should go about verifying my identity. I took a photo of my valid Identification card front and back. But they claim that they keep experiencing an error in their system.i need to know what specifically do I need to do. They have been holding my money for approximately 2 months now. This should be a simple process not a complex one. Thank you for your time and you patience. Sincerely Timothy Arrington.

Tell me specifically what I need to do in order for me to verify my identity. So that I can obtain a cash app card. And retrieve my money that they have been holding hostage.
