My complaint:
I’ve been trying for days to get them to closed my account that was hacked on the inside I’ve sent screenshots and all information they asked for accept my social and I explained I didn’t feel comfortable or safe giving them that information they’re still giving me the run around and I’m getting up I’ve even talked to other people that has had their account close on their end so why is it taking so long to close that one do I need to get a lawyer for further action
Suggested solution:
Just closed that account that\'s all I\'ve been asking and they have not done it if you need screenshots of the conversation I had with them I will send those
