Cash App complaint: Payment sent for a purchase but never received it and they rejected refund request.

My complaint:

I made an online purchase and sent payment through cashapp and received email notification of tracking. The notification of tracking was fake and requested additional money for the shipment to be released. I immediately requested a refund and it has been pending the refund for 2 weeks. Today they just declined the refund and no package was ever received and the tracking website is no longer active. I think it is ridiculous that cash app does not intervine when someone has flat out been ripped off.

Suggested solution:

I would like my $220 to be refunded immediately.
