My complaint:

I starting receiving text messages that appeared to be from cashapp that I was logging in from a new device. I immediately contacted cash app through the app. I took screenshots of the text messages, never responding an ed them they were sending me messages in error. Friday, Saturday, Sunday i received these messages each time forwarding them to cashapp. Monday morning, cashapp sent $300 to an unknown source. My phone was locked, needed a pin, also a finger print. I pleaded with cashapp to retrieve my money. I also disputed with my bank. I worked hard to stop this transaction not knowing it was possible for my account to be in trouble. Cashapp has failed to investigate. Take me seriously or give me my money.
