My complaint:

I had my unemployment deposited into my account I waited for weeks to receive it after filing miscommunication with uia then I finally get my money and I used about $400 of my $5223 which is 11 weeks of payments and they locked it then unlocked it and I wanna see about $200 more and they locked again stating that my account was under investigation. For what though I’ve done nothing but used my money Own legal Money like anyone else would. I’ve email support in their end numerous times all they say is basically so try for the inconvenience and now since I’ve been emailing them more trying to verify identity so I can at least cash out and take my money else where they have suspended money account. Again why I’ve done nothing illegal at this point they are the thieves that they are so called looking for.

They need to unlock my account and allow me to fully cash out I’m done with them I am beyond stressed out I have 4 children and home to provide for and this is not a game they are holding $4480 from me and my family
