I recently contacted cashapp because I sent some money using their services, and the money went missing and the recipient never received it. It is impossible to get a live person to talk to and actually get things straightened out. When you go on the app, it doesn’t even have a phone number or email to contact them for customer support. After doing lost of research I finally found an email in which I wrote and they took 2 days to reply telling me that the money was received by the recipient and I know for a fact they didn’t. They responded like I’m simply supposed to just take their answer and be ok with losing my money. Horrible service.
They need to either retract the money, or direct the money to the right account, I even provided proof that that the money wasn’t received.
