My complaint:
On March 31, 2020 $566 of my money was transferred from Cash App and my checking account and put in bitcoin. I don’t have a bitcoin account, I don’t even know what bitcoin is. I tried calling bitcoin and Cash App for two days I never got a response. I called my credit union and they gave me the money back but on May 26 2020 they sent me a letter saying that their investigation was not solved and they would be taking back the money they gave me. So now Ive been trying to contact them for a whole week and nothing. I just want my money back.
