My complaint:
My phone was stolen. I also dont have the password to my old google email I tried to recover. Cash app wont merge the accounts. I followed their instructions to give all new and old account information yet they say the account for security reasons cannot be accessed.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to show photo ID or some sort of validation to access my account.
