My complaint:
I ordered atv part offline for $250 with cash app card ..waited a few days for item to come it didn’t come in time it was supposed. so I reached out to seller and they told me I can not get my item unless I pay $1400 and I told them why wasn’t I informed before I ordered and they told me that it just started in February that they can’t send no items out of state without paying a $1400 insurance fee so I asked for a refund and they told me they can’t I have to pay insurance and that they can’t end money back..so I reached out to cash app with problem and they told me they can’t help me go get a lawyer I even sent them evidence
Suggested solution:
Just want my refund since I can't get my item tried multiple times ro reach out to seller but no one return email now
