Cash App complaint: New phone, cash app won’t verify my account

My complaint:

I’ve had cash app for years with the same card information linked and no issues. But my old phone completely broke so I purchased a new one. I could not logout of old phone because it is broken completely. When I I download app on new phone, it sent a code to my same cellular number I’ve always had and it says “Hello Donald”. But when i verify my account with the same card (which I’ve always had linked)..it says it can not verify for new device. So I tried to verify by matching contacts and it still would not verify (contacts are all the same as well). I contacted support through email but the response does not help whatsoever. I have a few hundred bucks in the account and need the money desperately.

Suggested solution:

Log me out of the cash app account linked to old phone which was a Samsung A10e and allow me to sign into Cash App from new phone.
