My complaint:

I paid for a vehicle that I never recieved.. I did request the refund.. and now he won’t reply or answer his phone when I call him..

Suggested solution:

they should help me by getting my money back if I have given them proof that he is scamming me

You won’t get a refund since you agreed to Cash App’s terms regarding how they handle fraudulent transactions (see image attached) with their service: no chance of refund.

To best avoid scams, only use Cash App with people you personally know…

Hi Monica, I hope you paid using a linked bank card on your Cash App account because that’s probably the only way you’ll get a refund. Your bank looks out for you for moments like these — Cash App does NOT. If you used your Cash Balance (the money leftover in your app) to pay this scammer, then you can try requesting a refund from the scammer via the app. That’s the only resolution Cash App offers for users scammed when paying with their Cash Balance.
