My complaint:

I went to the gas station asked the clerk for 15.00 dollars on pump five, went to use my card the transaction didnt go through when i had 24.47 in the account, also cashapp charged me 100 as well, I tried contacting customer support was told to wait 2 hours which is ridiculous for someone to wait that long i also called and was hung up on i did not receive any help, I will be contacting my lawyer and filling against the company if i do not receive my money back and a courtesy deposit of 50 dollars for the inconvenience on cashapp part, this is where I do my business and if this is going to keep happening I can take my survices somewhere else.

I would like to have my 24.47 back and a courtesy deposit of 50 dollars, I waited two hours only to get the notification that no one will respond to my message until 9am
